CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide a minimum 24 hour notice or non-compliance with our cancellation policy will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee. We will send a courtesy reminder email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
